US will remove from its various sanctions lists 442 individuals, companies, ships, and aircraft, including:
Iranian banks, including several that have also been sanctioned for supporting Iranian terrorist activities around the region and Lebanese Hezbollah
Iranian shipping and transportation companies, including a number sanctioned for supporting the activities of the IRGC and the Qods Force
Iranian nuclear and petrochemical research organizations and companies
Iranian aircraft and ships
The EU will suspend sanctions on 176 individuals and entities, including:
Banks, shipping, and transportation companies as above, including those involved with facilitation of terrorist activities, the IRGC, and the Qods Force
Iranian Ministries of Energy and Petroleum
Iranian nuclear research organizations
The US will remove non-nuclear sanctions on 43 individuals and organizations, including a number associated with Iran’s nuclear program such as the Iran Centrifuge Technology Company
The EU will lift non-nuclear sanctions on 22 people and 63 organizations, including:

Bonyad Taavon Sepah (the financial organization of the IRGC)
Bank Sepah (the IRGC’s bank)
Khatam al-Anbia Construction Headquarters
The IRGC Air Force
The Qods Force (subject to other E.U. sanctions)
Major General Qasem Soleimani (subject to other E.U. sanctions)
Brigadier General Hossein Salami
Rear Admiral Ali Fadavi, Commander of the IRGC Navy
Iran’s Defense Ministry
Basij Commander Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Naqdi (subject to other E.U. sanctions)
The Supreme Leader’s holding company (Shetab)
Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi
Major General Yahya Rahim Safavi
A large number of organizations involved with the Iranian ballistic missile program including IRGC Air Force Al Ghadir Missile Command
