Parchin Chemical Industries
Parchin Chemical Industries (PCI) is a component of Iran's Defense Industries Organization (DIO) that was sanctioned by the US for receiving a shipment of a chemical precursor needed for ballistic missile fuel in 2007. The UN Panel of Experts investigating Iranian violations of international sanctions found that PCI was the source of explosives interdicted in Turkey on the way to Syria in February 2011.
